You know that person in the office who actually enjoys walking around and saying hi to people? That’s me. But it’s not just about being a “vibe” (though let’s be honest, my unique fashion sense, curly silver hair, bold lip and LOLS help). It’s about building authentic human connection—getting to know people beyond their roles, spotting strengths they don’t even realize they have, and helping creative teams find their flow so they can do their best work.
For the past 15 years, I’ve navigated fast-moving, complex organizations, partnering with creative teams, marketing teams, business teams, tech teams, and cross-functional leaders to drive outcomes—like $4B in sales at Walmart. My titles reflect the business side of my career, from Site Merchandiser to Editorial Lead, but what isn’t captured in those titles is the positive culture I build wherever I go. That’s how I consistently hit my goals while helping others do the same.
At Walmart, I also served as Wellbeing Integration Director, piloting and scaling wellbeing programs that ensured the site operations team—and beyond—felt seen, supported, and heard. I spearheaded comprehensive wellbeing initiatives to enhance mental health, resilience, and performance, driving real results:

All of this translated to teams showing up energized, productive, and ready to do their best work, every day. It’s also why I was the first to win the Culture Champion Award on the site operations team.
